TESTIMONY

Goiânia, Goiás, Brazil, 07/29/2025.

I was invited by my friend, discipler, and pastor Ricardo César to accompany him to the first LEGACY RANCH BRAZIL Men's Conference, which took place on July 26, 2025, in Cromínia, Goiás. I went expecting to enjoy a no-obligation encounter with God, since I usually work every Saturday, and this Saturday I had planned to be free. So, for me, it was more of a break than a deep encounter with God and His Word. But God knows everything, and everything He does, through Him, has a purpose. From the first session, I felt God's presence deeply. I received spiritual renewal. With each word and teaching, God continued to ignite and instruct me on changes, positioning, and attitudes to live my purpose.

Before lunch, I found some buckets of water and some reinforced garbage bags a bit strange. I found it curious. Little did I know that on my day off, God would find me and impact my life, my masculinity. Finally, every weight, including my own expectations and those of others that weighed on my shoulders and thoughts day after day, and every emotional and spiritual burden, was cast down before the cross that day. I was able to end the last session much lighter than I arrived and joyfully testify that the day's surprises did not bring me burdens, but rather the lightness of a life with purpose.

After the closing, I sought prayer with Pastor Mark Ticen from Austin Texas and Pastor Ricardo César, thanking them for the event and invitation, sharing how blessed I had been, and that I had received confirmation of purpose and victory. I presented a prayer request there, informing them that a few months ago I was diagnosed with partial infertility, which was hindering me and my wife's plans to expand our family. At that moment, I was filled with a comfort I have rarely felt in my life: an atmosphere of certainty and trust that God was taking care of everything.

Then Pastor Mark Ticen, who was in front of me, placed his hands on my shoulders. On my right was Pastor Ricardo César. They began the prayer of faith and sincerity to God. My shoulders began to heat up, "on fire," an abnormal heat. Then I felt two other hands resting on my back, warm hands. I was skeptical because before the prayer began, there was no one behind me. I held back and didn't open my eyes, but I was embarrassed by it. At the end of the prayer, the first thing I did was look back to see who was there, but no one was. I thanked them, and that was that.

Shortly after, in the dinner line, Pastor Mark called me over to give me a word of encouragement. He said, "You came before God with a humility and certainty, a conviction that pleases Him." I then told them what I had witnessed during the prayer and asked if anyone was behind me. They confirmed that it was just the two of them. That's what I thought, but we are never alone, much less at that moment, I wasn't. So I gave thanks and was convinced that in the prayer a few minutes ago, it wasn't men, but God who touched me and healed me, made me new. Now I am working on this purpose, confident that it will be fulfilled, and I am convinced that I will return to the meeting to witness this fulfillment of God.
